The pool offers us a greater awareness of our body movement, enabling us to focus on perfecting our technique in horizontal distances. Being in a controlled environment, we can pay attention to each movement of our bodies, our sources of energy and any interfering, tense muscles. We’ll work on swimming, hydrodynamics, effort, speed, and time management.
DISCIPLINES
STA (Static Apnea): positive associations, Co2 tables, and maximum performance
DYN (Dynamic Apnea): buoyancy check, kick technique, turns and safety
DNF (dynamic no fins): body aligment, specific hydrodynamic arm stroke and kick

You need to be 18 years of age or older (16 or 17 years old with parent or guardian consent) and have completed AIDA 1.
We provide all necessary freediving equipment: Buoy, line, wetsuit, weight belt, fins, mask and snorkel.
