Whether you want to train for competitive freediving or simply want to explore the underwater world, this course offers foundational learning techniques for anyone interested in it. You can start the course as a complete beginner or with some experience. Common Questions

Who can join the course?

Anyone that can swim at least 200m non-stop without fins or at least 300m non-stop with mask, fins and snorkel. You need to be 18 years of age or older (16 or 17 years old with parent or guardian consent).

What equipment is needed?

We provide all necessary freediving equipment: Buoy, line, wetsuit, weight belt, fins, mask and snorkel.

What is included in this course?

We include Student accident insurance for the duration of the course and AIDA 2 certification.

What certification is used?

We work with the International Association for the Developement of Apnea (AIDA)
